Under this amount we have a blanket cost of $10 ex GST. Generally we use Australia Post Registered Mail for deliveries.

All faulty or damaged products will be subject to CPAP Superstores assessment and the manufacturers warranty conditions. Refunds or replacement will be granted once this assessment has been completed and in accordance with the manufacturers policy. Equipment purchases can be returned to CPAP Superstore and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be no refunds due to Health Regulations on medical equipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Normal warranty ranges from 2 – 5 years for CPAP units depending on brand, and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase.

CPAP Superstore will supply a free of charge loan CPAP machine for all CPAP units requiring servicing within the warranty period. Fees will apply for loan machines provided when a machine is out of warranty.
